OHHA has commenced an application for judicial review in Divisional Court of the Ontario Racing Commission’s decision upholding the order by the executive director for the redistribution of purse monies between different racetracks – from Georgian Downs to Flamboro Downs; and from Dresden Raceway and Woodstock Raceway to Windsor Raceway. The hearing will be held on October 11, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. at 130 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario in courtroom three.
